He has multiple masters degrees both in IT and HR, which includes a Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (MBA in HRD and HRM) and Master in Information Technology from India and a Masters in Technical Consulting, from Sheffield, United Kingdom. Out of a rich and varied working experience of 16 years, he has spent 7 years in the UK and have been involved in various projects in Consulting, SAP, Project Management, Infrastructure Service Management, Onsite Offshore service delivery. Besides, he is also a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 27001, (ISMS) by British Standards and has been involved in a high profile project for BBC named DSHS.

He has also taught graduate and post graduate students at the Sheffield Hallam University. Well-versed in helping teachers understand the 21st century teaching and using technology to transform classroom teaching, he is also a keen nature lover, photographer and sports enthusiasts, with Roger Federer being his Idol. Sanjeeb believes that technology for teachers and students should be defined in two words: SIMPLE and RELIABLE. Only then they will welcome it with open hands and embrace it.
