I am a strong believer of  building up character and values in students and to prepare them 
for challenges ahead.

Presently working as PYP Coordinator at Vishwashanti Gurukul, Pune, India.  I have been 
a part of this school since inception June 1, 2006.

I am a workshop leader and Visiting team member, associated with IB. Conducted 
workshops at regional level as well as in school. Had taken up couple of IB assignments in 
the capacity of Visiting team member.

I am associated with IB programme since 2001.  I have been a very active member during 
the Authorization/ Verification  and  Evaluation processes.

According to me the most important aspect of the PYP is the assessment. As this, provides 
a complete feedback to the child, speaking about the strengths and challenges.  The other 
most important aspect I believe in is the curriculum which emphasizes on relevance and 
significance.
